Our Story

Family-owned since 1990

Founded in 1990 by CEO Nathaniel Rido and President Krysynthia Keller-Rido, Southeast Keller Corporation was built on a foundation of community service and gainful employment. For over three decades, the company has operated with a dual purpose: delivering exceptional facilities maintenance while creating meaningful job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Their vision went beyond standard business operations to build a pathway toward stability and dignity for those who needed it most. This commitment to inclusion quickly expanded to support homeless and distressed populations across Texas through stable employment, housing support, and second-chance opportunities.

Through this holistic approach to community care, Southeast Keller has transformed countless lives while continuing to serve commercial and residential clients with dependable maintenance and cleaning support.

Public Service

Built on Purpose

The company is deeply integrated into the public sector, specializing in State Use janitorial and maintenance contracts. Over the years, Southeast Keller has become a trusted partner to public agencies including the City of Bellaire, the City of Houston, the Texas Department of Transportation, AbilityOne, and WorkQuest.

Through these partnerships, the organization delivers a comprehensive suite of services encompassing commercial and residential maintenance, general custodial work, floor care, make-ready services, and post-construction cleanup.

Continuing the Legacy

Today, the family legacy continues under the leadership of their daughter, CEO Destiny Rido. Raised watching her parents serve their community, she developed a profound passion for philanthropy and social responsibility. She now leads Southeast Keller Corporation with the same purpose and compassion that defined its founding, ensuring the company remains a powerful force for positive change.
